Calculate your one-rep max using various popular formulae. Estimate reps at a % of your 1RM.

*Note: Reps of 1RM is calculated by rearranging each formula to solve for reps with the original 1RM result and the weight at X% of 1RM as inputs. Reps of 1RM may be inaccurate for certain formulae at a lower % of 1RM (most notably: Lombardi and Mayhew). Please keep this in mind when selecting "Average All" as the formula option. Mayhew's reps at 95% of max may also be negative. These are what I discovered as flaws in the formulae due to exponentiality, not a calculation error. The first three formulae - Epley, Brzycki and Lander - are better at predicting reps at a % of 1RM.
